July has come and gone (too quickly) and I've now gone back to university to complete my final semester of my degree (finally!). This means I had a bit of extra time in July to test out some new products and collect some new favourites to share with you.
Clinique Cheek Pop Blush in MelonPop: This blush is my latest holy grail. I'm obsessed with everything about it. It's easy to apply, has buildable pigmentation a gorgeous colour that gives so much life to my skin. I definitely need to pick up more shades in this range.
Mac Mineralise Skinfinish Natural Light: This has become my new favourite pressed powder, overtaking my love for the Napoleon Perdis Camera finish powder foundation. This is the only pressed powder I use now and have been wearing it every time I wear makeup. It gives a light coverage and leaves a natural satin finish.
Essence Nail Art Express Dry Drops: I mentioned these in their own post in July because I was honestly so shocked that something so cheap could do such a good job! These have been a total nail game changer for me.
ColourPop Highlighter in Lunch Money: I picked this up in my latest ColourPop haul and I have not put it down all month! It's the perfect daytime glow, not too over the top but still gives the skin a wonderful radiance. It's especially perfect for no makeup makeup days.
Nyx Matte Bronzer in Light: I would've never imagined to find a drugstore bronzer as good as this one. Due to the cooler undertone of this shade, I do use this as a contour shade. The only downside to this is that it's so pigmented it can get out of hand pretty quickly, but with some practise will give you the chiselled cheeks even Kim K herself would be jealous of. ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip in Midi: I'd have to title this the lip of July. I really enjoy ColourPop's ultra matte lip formula and personally don't find it too drying to wear. This shade is the perfect nude pink and I've found that it goes with every eye look I've tried so far. Swatches are in my haul post here.
If you have any questions about the products I've mentioned this month please let me know in the comments!
