Nivea Crème Fairy Tales Edition: Although I'm not usually a huge fan of tub packaging, I really like the size and shape of this tin. It makes it really easy to travel with and holds a ton of Nivea's best (personal opinion) moisturiser formula. This is looking like it will become my new bedside staple once I finish my Lush 'helping hands' hand cream. p.s this stuff is amazing on dry elbows.

Em Cosmetics The Great Cover Up Ultimate Concealer: I don't know how I feel about items that have particular shades being sent out in boxes like this because there will almost always be issues with the shade match (i.e this concealer). I was sent the shade fair neutral (which is the closest shade to my skin tone) but it is still too dark for me. I did swatch it on my hand though and confirm that it has quite good coverage. #palefail

Avène Tolerance Extreme Cream and Cleansing lotion: These two Avène samples look so cute packaged together. I haven't had a chance to test them out yet but I'm currently on the hunt for a cleanser that makes my skin sing so I'm definitely giving this one a go. The cleansing lotion claims to be no-rinse and lightweight so makes it perfect for coming home after a late night out.

John Freida Brilliant Brunette Subtle Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner: I've been waiting until my hair grows a little longer before I head back to the salon to get a bit more blonde put through my locks so I feel like this is a great 'in the meantime' shampoo and conditioner set to keep my current hair looking a little lighter and brighter.

Alpha Keri Body Slim fit Bust Lift and Firm Cream and Heat activated Slimming and Firming Serum: You'll have to excuse me when I say I'm sceptical at best about slimming creams. I'm a strong believer in good diet and exercise to see results but now that I have a sample in my hot little hands and don't have to fork out my hard earned cash for these things I can finally put my theory to the test!
