When I saw this foundation on the Sephora website, my mind immediately jumped to the ever-so-raved-about diorskin airflash spray foundation (That I couldn't afford) and decided this would be the perfect alternative. I picked up the lightest shade offered (as usual) which is fair. Foundation in a can sounds like heaven to the ears of a lazy person who can't be bothered to put on foundation everyday, a.k.a me, and the excitement brewed while I waited for it to arrive in my clammy little hands.

Let me just come out with it. I am disappointed with this foundation. I did try using this foundation by both spraying directly onto my face and spraying it onto a brush and blending it out and found that I got a bit better coverage spraying directly onto my brush (I used the Sigma F80).

If you have perfectly radiant, clear skin you might like this but for me at least, I wear foundation to cover imperfections and trick people into thinking I had a good 8 hour sleep, instead of staying up until 3am binge watching prison break on Netflix. The truth is, the coverage is minimal. Like, there's practically no point in putting it on unless you decide to use half the can in one use to finally get some good coverage.

My main concern before I used this foundation was that it was going to go everywhere. There was a dreaded thought in the back of my mind of me with foundation in my hair, on my clothes and stuck in my eyebrows, not to mention getting screamed at by my mother for getting foundation all over my cream white carpet. Not to worry though, thankfully none of this happened, my life was spared...this time.

Although I've been a real negative nancy in this post, there were a few things that I actually did enjoy about this product. I did find that after applying this, although I couldn't really see it on my skin, everything else did blend a lot nicer than usual and it helped powder products last longer on my skin. However for the price ($22 USD) there are a lot better light coverage foundations on the market (one of my favourites being the bourjois healthy mix serum foundation).
